I normally don’t do reviews, but I had to do this one.!!! I’ve been using Superior Recycling for a while now and have always had a good experience, but as in any companies there may be a time where things may go wrong, and it there were the real challenge is and how the problem is handled. To be honest, when I received a invoice that I truly understood was too high based on my experience, I called them to verify. They took the time to investigate and solved the problem in less than 24hrs. I just needed to right this review because this is what makes companies like Superior Recycling successful. Thank you, Dely and Nathan, for taking care of the situation with such professionalism and promptness.
Superior Recycling saved the day! Some background: Another company (with the word County somewhere in the name) failed to deliver on my scheduled delivery date, and when I called to find out what happened, they refused to honor the price negotiated through Dumpster Market. When I researched the company and found that the owner has a multi-million-dollar federal judgment against him from a previous company that scammed its customers, I realized that I needed to find another dumpster company. That’s when I found Superior Recycling. Thankfully, they offered to deliver the dumpster the next day (a Saturday). Pricing was very fair, and my bill accurately reflected the weight of the load (several tons of concrete and stucco). Overall, a great experience
We have used several dumpster company’s between Broward, Palm Beach and Tampa. Superior Recycling is without a doubt the most helpful and responsive of them all. I have called right at 5:00 PM and received a pickup the very next day and the people answering the phone are always friendly and have the never say no attitude. Great people and great company to work with.
Superior Recycling is the best dumpster rental company in South Florida, hands down. I needed a dumpster on short notice, and also needed it delivered super early in the morning. Nathan and Deli made it happen! The delivery driver was super friendly, the dumpster was dropped off and picked up on time, and the pricing was more than reasonable. A+ and I will use them again!
